Out of the blue, a reporter from The Daily Mail reached out to ask about my years in tower work, specifically a well‑known urban legend that’s been circulating about tower climbers for decades. And just like that, my years in the “ivory tower” collided with my time on the steel ones. Few things connect those two worlds, but a good legend will do it every time.
