- $250 base rate for homes up to 1,562 sq ft*
- $0.16 per sq ft up to 3,000 sq ft:
- 2,000 sq ft: $320
- 2,500 sq ft: $400
- 3,000 sq ft: $480
- $0.05 per sq ft beyond 3,000 sq ft:
- 3,500 sq ft: $505
- 4,000 sq ft: $530

- Crawlspace fee: $50
- Detached Garage/Workshop (optional): Starting at $50
- Termite / Wood‑Destroying Organism Inspection (optional): $75
- Tap Water Test (optional): *free*

- Well Water Test – VA/FHA (optional): $200
- Travel Fee: $25 (For properties over 30 miles from Shawnee Estates in BG.)
